Building on the long-standing tradition of the Amphioxus Satellite Meeting, we’re happy to announce Amphioxus and Beyond, a satellite event of the 2026 Euro Evo Devo conference in Glasgow. The aim is to bring together researchers working on cephalochordates, echinoderms, hemichordates, tunicates, and vertebrates—especially in comparative or cross-lineage contexts—to provide a comprehensive view of deuterostome development, genomics, and their evolutionary implications.

We warmly invite researchers working across all deuterostome lineages to join us for an open and friendly discussion about recent findings, innovative approaches, and emerging ideas that are shaping the future of the field.
